Deb Paape

Reading Specialist

Deb Paape is the Reading Teacher for the elementary students at CCS.  She was born in Baraboo, attended “Boo U”, received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison (where she became a born again believer), and has masters’ degrees from Pensacola Christian College and the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She also earned her Reading Teacher Certification from Viterbo University.  She has taught at three Christian Schools as well as the Baraboo Public Schools.

She wants all the students to love the Lord with all their hearts!  Additionally, she wants them to become proficient readers to be successful in their lives.  “Readers are leaders!” as the quote goes.

Deb and her husband, Rick, live in Baraboo.  She enjoys walking, reading, gardening, stitching crafts, church activities, and spending time with her family and friends.
